SHIPPING POLICY

USA Shipping

What are your standard shipping rates?

FREE 2-DAY Shipping USA only (available in NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, CT, RI, MA) - (1-2 business days) on orders over $50

USA (Continental) orders over $50 - Standard shipping (1 - 7 business days): FREE
USA orders - Standard shipping (1 - 7 business days): $5.95     

Expedited Shipping (1 - 3 business days): Shipping costs vary.

*Packages shipped via Expedited Service cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box 

Do you ship to APO's?

Yes. Shipping usually will take anywhere from 20 - 30 days.

Expedited Shipping Services

Expedited shipping services does not expedite the shipping turnaround, just carrier services after the order has been shipped. 

Shipping Insurance

Frederick Benjamin is proud to partner with Route , the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

* Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

International Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Please note that customs can hold up a package for a number of days. Be patient and give it at least 30 days. If you think it's stuck or lost, let us know by emailing us at info@frederickbenjamin.com

 

What are your international shipping rates?

Shipping to most international locations is about $18 USD.

 

What about duties and fees?

Due to complex international laws and taxes, we do not include these fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. Frederick Benjamin is required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot change this value. If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.

 

When is your order cutoff time?

Orders that come in after 12PM EST will be processed the next business day.  

 

Can I return products?

You can return or exchange any defective merchandise or any product that you are not satisfied with by mail. Returns made within 30 days of order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. See our Refund Policy below.

 

Is Frederick Benjamin sold locally?

Our goal is to get our products in barbershops, salons and retail locations in the US and internationally. If you know of a location that should stock our products, please have them fill out the form, or check out our retailer page.

 

REFUND POLICY

We are committed to our customer's satisfaction with our merchandise beyond the point of sale. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by the following:

  • Original receipt/packing slip
  • All original packaging

Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards
  • Product Samples

Items purchased in a Frederick Benjamin Retail partner or Events or elsewhere must be returned where purchased. 
Items purchased via one of our partners must also be returned to that store. Please refer to each individual store return policy for details.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order less $5.00 (re-routing fee). If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be a $9.99 charge ($5.00 re-routing fee and $4.99 shipping fee).

While we are unable to process new orders via the return process, if you wish to replace the item, please place another order online.

For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Your refund will be processed based on the original form of payment (minus return shipping and handling).

 

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Frederick Benjamin, by sending an email to info@frederickbenjamin.com and we will be happy to assist you. All emails will receive a response within 48 hours.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
